Stone Castle Advisors LLC handles limited information through its public website and client portal. The public website contains no contact forms, public accounts, advertising pixels, or marketing signups. Stone Castle Advisors receives selected client account information through systems authorized by First Kentucky Trust. This may include identity and contact information, account identifiers, account values, holdings, transaction activity, and reporting dates. We use this information only to authenticate approved users, provide the read-only client experience, maintain security, provide support, and satisfy applicable legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell, rent, or use client information for third-party advertising. Information may be available only to First Kentucky Trust, authorized Stone Castle personnel, custodians, service providers necessary to operate the service, and legal or regulatory authorities when required. We maintain safeguards designed to protect information, although no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure. The financial privacy practices governing the underlying client relationship are described in the privacy notices provided by First Kentucky Trust.
